The time needed depends on the size and condition of your home. A standard cleaning usually takes 1.5 to 3 hours, while deep cleanings or larger homes may take 3 to 5 hours. Move-in/move-out cleanings may take longer due to the extra level of detail required.

Can I request the same cleaner each time?

Yes! If you book recurring services, we try to send the same cleaner whenever possible for consistency. However, if your preferred cleaner is unavailable, we’ll assign another highly trained team member to ensure the same level of quality.
